Veuillez noter que le site de transfert municipal sera ouvert de 8 h à midi seulement le dimanche 6 septembre, plutôt que selon l’horaire habituel de 8 h à 16 h.

🔥 Sécurité des piles et batteries 🔋

La Municipalité souhaite rappeler aux résidents que même une pile qui semble déchargée peut encore présenter un risque d’incendie.

Pour les entreposer et les éliminer de façon sécuritaire :

✅ Recouvrez les bornes avec du ruban adhésif non conducteur;
✅ Rangez les piles usagées dans un contenant non métallique;
✅ Gardez les piles endommagées séparément;
❌ Ne jetez jamais les piles dans les ordures ou le bac bleu.

📍 La Municipalité de Campbell’s Bay accepte les piles usagées à son bureau municipal. Veuillez les préparer de façon sécuritaire avant de les déposer.

Un petit geste peut prévenir un gros incendie.

🔥 Battery Safety 🔋

The Municipality wishes to remind residents that even a battery that appears to be dead can still pose a fire risk.

To store and dispose of batteries safely:

✅ Cover the terminals with non-conductive adhesive tape;
✅ Store used batteries in a non-metallic container;
✅ Keep damaged batteries separate;
❌ Never place batteries in the garbage or blue bin.

📍 The Municipality of Campbell’s Bay accepts used batteries at the municipal office. Please prepare them safely before dropping them off.

One small action can prevent a major fire.

🏠 Programme d’adaptation de domicile (PAD)

La Municipalité souhaite informer les résidents que les inscriptions au Programme d’adaptation de domicile (PAD) sont maintenant ouvertes. Ce programme offre une aide financière pour réaliser des travaux visant à rendre le domicile d’une personne handicapée plus accessible et sécuritaire.

The Municipality wishes to advise residents that applications for the Home Adaptation Program (PAD) are now open. This program provides financial assistance for work that makes the home of a person with a disability safer and more accessible.

Des travaux auront lieu aujourd’hui à l’intersection de la rue Front et de
la route 148. Ces travaux entraîneront des perturbations de la circulation dans le secteur.

Nous invitons les automobilistes à ralentir à l’approche des travaux et à respecter la signalisation en place.
